The Giving Hope Through Faith Foundation would like to help as many families as we possibly can, but we are limited by the amount of funding we have received. Currently, we are only able to help those families living in the Tampa Bay area (Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties) who have completed our Referral Form (click here to download the PDF form). In order to be good stewards of the money we have so generously received from our contributors, we ask that a representative from the treatment facility verify the diagnosis and that treatment is currently in progress.
